Paddy is the Managing Partner at Silverpeak, bringing over 30 years of experience in successfully advising on transactions within the technology sector.

His deep understanding of the real challenges faced by tech businesses stems from his experience acquiring and chairing a RegTech software company Worksmart, which was sold in 2022, and serving as a NX board member for a high-growth intelligent automation SaaS business, Thoughtonomy, which sold for $100m.

Paddy established Cobalt Corporate Finance in 1996, leading it until its merger to form Silverpeak in 2016. His earlier career includes seven years with private equity group 3i, following a period at electronics company STC plc.

Paddy is graduate from University of Manchester (UMIST), a Liveryman of the Information Technologists Company and a founding member of the international M&A network Globalscope.
