TechMarketView launches Great British Scaleup programme to support UK tech SMEs
London 3 April 2017 – TechMarketView, the leading analyst firm, today reveals the launch of a new initiative to help accelerate growth amongst UK tech SMEs – the Great British Scaleup (GBS) programme. This programme is the follow-on to TechMarketView’s Little British Battler (LBB) programme, which over the past five years has brought more than 100 UK tech SMEs to the attention of the wider market. Many LBBs have been able to develop their businesses further, spurred on by the increased market visibility and kudos that participation in the LBB programme has brought them.

The inaugural GBS event will be held at the end of June. CEOs of potential scale-up companies will be invited to meet with TechMarketView and ScaleUp Group to get valuable feedback and advice on their plans and aspirations for their business. “We fully expect some of these companies will be prime candidates to become Great British Scaleups, and they’ll have the opportunity to work further with ScaleUp Group to help prepare them for the funding they’ll need to get there,” Miller added.
