After six successful years, the Technology Enterprise Awards is moving to larger premises. The prestigious Dorchester Hotel in Park Lane London will host next year’s event – on June 14th 2017. As has been the case in previous years, the Enterprise Awards 2017 is expected to be a sell-out, featuring top technology entrepreneurs at all stages from pre-revenue start-ups onwards. Uniquely focused on the founder rather than the businesses themselves, the Enterprise Awards boasts previous winners that have achieved prominence on both private and public markets. These include Simon Hansford, founder of Skyscape (now UKCloud); and founders of unicorns, like Nigel Eccles and Tom Griffiths of FanDuel; Kristo Käärmann and Taavet Hinrikus of Transferwise among others, together with Vin Murria whose Advanced Computer Software Products was sold to Vista Partners for £725 million. Other past winners, who have successfully sold their businesses, include Stuart Clark of Impendium; Duane Jackson of Kashflow and Aidan Cooney of Opta Sports Data.
