Lisa has worked in the Insurance Industry for over 30 years, where she is known for the role of founder and CEO of the Fresh Insurance Group, which has grown to be a multi-niched Personal Lines Brokerage with over 80,000 policyholders, writing over £70 Million Gross Written Premium.
Award Winning – In 2017, in recognition of its performance, Lisa’s company Fresh won all three prestigious Industry awards – The British Insurance Awards, Insurance Age and Insurance Times for ‘Personal Lines Broker of the Year’ – an accolade no other broker has achieved. In 2018 Lisa was the first women to be awarded the Achievement Award at the UK Brokers Awards.
ScaleUp experience – After sixteen years of impressive trading, Lisa sold Fresh to the Vantage Group in May 2018. She maintains an active interest in FinTech, disruptive technologies and mentoring organisations through change.
Philanthropy – In 2016, Lisa founded the charity ‘Painting Our World in Silver, dedicated to fight loneliness in the elderly population.
